Everybody has their own horror story, or knows a friend who has been bitterly disappointed at some stage when dealing with builders or tradesmen.

At Omdeco, our aim is To Have Delighted Customers.

That’s easy to say, but to give you confidence that dealing with Omdeco is a risk-free experience, we Guarantee you the following:-

• Following our initial meeting with you, we will produce a detailed specification for your Garden Building,This will cover every aspect of the final product, right down to the number of lights and the position of your power sockets.
• This will come with a guaranteed price.
• The price will only change if you change the specification in any way that changes material costs or the amount of work required.
• We will agree a payment plan with you and each stage payment will only be due when it is triggered by reaching a specified stage in the construction.
• We will give you a detailed programme of work with start and finish dates.
• Any deviation from this schedule would only be due to a totally unforseeable event. We will not, for instance, leave your project part way through to work on another elsewhere.
• If required, we can produce a graphical illustration of how your Omdeco building will look in your garden. There is a small charge for this, which will be refunded from your first stage payment.
• At the end of the project, we will leave you with detailed design drawings of your Omdeco building.
• Should Planning Permission or Building Regulations Approval be required, we will quote you a price for Omdeco to obtain this for you. Should we fail to obtain this for any reason, we will only charge you the local authority fees, there will be no charge from us.
• We only use proven and trusted professionals for any specialist trades such as plastering, electrical work, security alarm installation, etc. As such, we are happy to warrant their work in our guarantee to you.
• If we need to access your home for any reason (for instance to make electrical connections to your consumer board), we will work carefully, treat your property with respect and clear up and make good afterwards.
• Finally, we are so confident in our quality that we guarantee your Omdeco Garden Studio, Garden Room or Garden Office against any defects arising from faulty design, materials or workmanship (in other words, just about everything except deliberate or accidental damage) for 20 years. We will remedy any such defect within this time provided you let us know as soon as possible after any defect becomes apparent.
